Why Work With Me
15 Years. Three Continents. One Thread.
Degree in Communications. Certified coach. Third-generation certified Pilates and yoga teacher. I've built methodology, led retreats, and coached leaders across cultures — always coming back to the same question: what does it actually take to trust yourself again.
The Brands That Trusted the Work
Six Senses. Soho House. Hugo Boss. FAO. WFP. Pi Campus. I've worked with individuals and organizations at the highest level — and the work is always the same underneath: clarity, signal, inner stability.
Writer. Coach. Builder.
I write on Substack every week about identity, leadership, and what it really feels like to rebuild in real time. Real stories. Real science. Real life.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re experienced, capable, and still feel that communication, presence, or team dynamics could work better — this work is likely relevant. Most clients don’t come because something is broken, but because they want more clarity, alignment, or effectiveness under pressure. This translate also into life coaching. if you feel stuck or in a transitional phase we can work on moving these roadblocks away.
I start by observing and listening. From there, the work may take the form of individual sessions, team work, or workshops — depending on what’s needed.
The process is structured, often over a series of sessions (commonly 8–12), because meaningful change doesn’t happen in a single conversation. The pace and duration are always adapted to the context.
Coaching is focused on the present and future, while therapy is focused on the past. Coaching is about helping you achieve your goals, while therapy is about helping you heal from emotional wounds.
