that you're here
For over 15 years, movement has been my anchor, helping me rebuild and reconnect. I understood the deep connection between body and mind, and how we carry ourselves shapes our confidence. I bring this unique blend of movement, mindset, and coaching to individuals and teams who want to feel stronger and more confident.
About
I am the founder of the R.I.S.E. Method™, and I help leaders, teams, and professionals develop resilience, communication, and leadership presence. With a background in communications and a deep understanding of cross-cultural leadership, I bring a global perspective to my coaching, having worked with international clients from diverse industries.
I have coached the GM and executive team at Six Senses and worked with professionals from Hugo Boss, Soho House, FAO, and WFP. I have also helped women leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs step into their power, refine their leadership presence, and navigate high-pressure environments with confidence.
Beyond one-on-one coaching, I specialize in team building and leadership workshops that foster trust, collaboration, and high-performance cultures. My approach is rooted in the belief that great leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about self-awareness, adaptability, and the ability to connect with others in a meaningful way.
Although my work has been based in Rome, I have always worked with international clients and am now expanding my coaching and team development work to Saudi Arabia. Born in Germany with Brazilian and Italian roots, I speak English, German, and Italian fluently, allowing me to connect with diverse teams and organizations.

Why This Matters
At the core of every successful leader and team are trust, adaptability, and communication. Resilience isn’t just about overcoming obstacles—it’s about learning how to lead, connect, and perform under pressure. My mission is to help individuals and teams build these skills from the inside out.
"The way you move, the way you speak, the way you lead—it's all connected. True leadership begins when self-awareness meets action."
