Speaking with Presence

We live in a world where most of us are talking… and very few of us are actually listening. That’s why my talks aren’t about saying more — they’re about noticing more. I speak about how we communicate before we open our mouths, how our bodies give us away long before our words do, and how easily connection breaks down when we’re busy being right, impressive, or simply distracted. With a background in movement and body awareness, I bring attention to something we often forget: how we’re perceived is rarely how we think we are. And real connection — in leadership, relationships, and everyday life — starts when communication becomes less performative and more present. My talks are practical, grounded, and very human. They’re not about fixing people. They’re about helping them recognize patterns, adjust how they show up, and communicate in ways that actually land. During my career I received the Best Speech Award in Paris for a talk on resilience — not because it was dramatic, but because it was real. And that’s always the point.I speak on resilience, self-perception, communication, and human connection — with clarity, honesty, and just enough humor to keep us awake and paying attention.
